Your event is important to us that's why we take great care in creating an exciting and creative experience for our Taylah Made clients.
To ensure a smooth booking and delivery process we have a few terms and conditions in place to keep everyone happy.
By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking terms:
- Products may be replaced with a product of equal or higher value if stock shortages occur.
-We're on the lookout for allergen traces, taking extra care when crafting our allergen-friendly boxes, though a pinch of caution is always in the mix.
-Lock in your grazing table with a non-refundable deposit, but if plans change within 14 days of the event, we'll dish out a store credit valid for a whole year from the deposit date.
- Once you've paid in full, your box order becomes a flavor-packed commitment, but fear not, you'll receive a store credit ready to savor within 28 days of payment – unless you leave us hanging within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Dive into our delectable delights within three (3) hours of setup or delivery, as per the government's orders. Anything beyond that? Well, that's where the adventure begins – at your own risk, of course!
- Taylah Made Events are about bold flavors. But remember, we're not responsible for any wild rides that come from ignoring the three-hour rule or neglecting basic safety and hygiene – that's on you.
